Our requirements of clients:
1 Consultations begin and end at scheduled times.All office hours are by appointment only.
Consultations begun late due to the client arriving late end at the appointed time and are full price.
2. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give 24 hours notice or you will be charged for the appointment unless the time can be filled. Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioner's discretion.
3 Payment is expected at the time service is rendered. Cash or Checks Only
4 All intake paperwork must be completed prior to initial consultation
What clients can expect of us:
1 We provide my clients with a competent and professional sessions
addressing the client's specific needs for that session.
2. We are available in-office to our clients for appointments during regular business hours
(8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) We have limited evening and weekend appointments available.
3. Clients may reach us 24 hours a day through our answering service
and via e-mail.
4. We return calls within 24 hours unless we are out of town.
5. We treat all clients with respect and dignity.

7. We stay current with information and techniques in our fields by reading pertinent publications and attending workshops,classes,seminars, and continuing education courses.
8.We maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
11. If we need to cancel an in-office appointment, we do so within 24 hours whenever possible. If an emergency arises and we cannot keep an appointment, we provide a 50 percent discount on the client's next consultation. For non-emergency cancellations of less than 24 hours
(when we must cancel an appointment), the next consultation is free of charge.
